What is GameHopper?GameHopper is an online retail shop that offers new and used games for the new-gen consoles (PS3, Wii and Xbox360). We offer a wide variety of up-to-date games, systems and accessories for your gaming needs, all delivered to your doorstep (Ain't that convenient?). Being a member gives you an option to try certain games before buying them. You can try out as many games as you want for the duration of your membership period (Now, that's practical!).

ORIGINAL WII?
Some Wii exclusive games only work on non modified consoles. Modifying your Wii can loose you the opportunity to play Nintendo exclusive games. You don't know how fun playing Super Smash Brothers Brawl can be.
A since a modified Wii can play any games from any region, it can cause problems because automatic software updates. The update will force itself to install regardless of what version you have (US, Japan, Euro) and each region have different firmware version and can have damage your setup screen.
ORIGINAL XBOX 360?
Do you want to miss out playing Call of Duty 4 with friends all over the world? You don't know how much you are loosing if you can't go online. Playing pirated games will ban you from playing through Xbox Live. If you don't know what you are missing if you can't play multiplayer games or even being able to download tons of demos online.
ORIGINAL PS3?
Even now there is no way to modify a PS3 and getting a blank Blu-ray disk can cost thousands of pesos. So far PS3 games cannot be pirated, joining Gamehopper will be an opportunity for gamers to experience many PS3 games without spending too much. -
What are the plans available?All plans offer UNLIMITED titles changes for 1 month. Don't be stuck with just 1 title, keep on changing as often as you like. We only charge a flat rate of whatever plan you choose, no extra or hidden charges! (so that's what the signed agreement is for, COOL!)
Gamehopper offers different plans to choose from:
Plan 1game-out @ P599.00 / month : Try as many games as you want, at 1 game at a time.
Plan 2game-out @ P799.00 / month : Try as many games as you want, at 2 games at a time.

What are the payment methods?The Gamehopper service accepts payments through 2 options:
1. Credit Card
We accept all major credit cards; Members can also use another person's credit card. Members will have to sign a Gamehopper RPS Enrollment Form. These forms are signed upon receiving the first game delivery for Metro Manila residents; For outside Metro manila applicants, they must send a signed copy of the Gamehopper RPS Enrollment Formthrough email or fax. The RPS Enrollment form can be downloaded HERE.
This signed form serves as an agreement between the member and Gamehopper, in which Gamehopper will only be charging the agreed amount. Payments through credit cards are processed through a safe and reliable EQUITABLE CARD NETWORK. And for non-card owners, using the Mozcom Pay Easy Wallet is also a convenient and easy way to course payments. (Check www.payeasy.ph on details how to open an account)

How will the game be delivered?Metro Manila Subscribers :
Members' games are delivered FREE of charge by our in-house delivery service. We have our delivery representative that brings/picks up the games, mainly to ensure that you get the titles on time and in good physical condition. Delivery scheduling are processed with in 24 hours, and so games are received by members the following day upon request. For RUSH DELIVERIES: charges may apply depending on the location.
Outside Metro Manila:
The game/s are sent through a reliable courier service and charges will be shouldered by the member. -
What is my GH GameBox?Your GH GameBox, is your list of games that you want to try out. It should be arranged according to your preference and priority. You can update this anytime with new games or re-arrange them to your liking.

Why didn't I receive the next game in my GH GameBox?Gamehopper uses an Automated Queuing System for the games to be delivered. The factors considered are: Game priority in the member's GAMEBOX, Member's frequency of changing games, and Membership Status. Our Automated Queuing System rates these factors to determine which game a member shall receive.

What if I hold on the game for more than a month?It is possible for a member to hold the game for more than a month specially with RPGs which normally take a long time to finish. There are no late-fees with Gamehopper, the Monthly Service Fee will be charged accordingly.

What does the icons mean?

Its safe, we do not impose any lock in period for our members. Just inform us fifteen (15) days in advance so we can arrange with your credit card company. But then why cancel when you've got an updated library every month, just play more and enjoy more!!

How will I know if my payment through Pay Easy Wallet pushed through and was recognized by Gamehopper?Applicants should first make sure that their Pay Eay Wallet has sufficient funding for the amount required. Before payment, Gamehopper will show a screen informing you that you will be redirected to the Mozcom Pay Easy Website. It is only after correctly following the instructions and filling out the form on the Pay Easy website that the user's payment will push through and be recognized by Gamehopper.
Upon paying online in the Gamehopper website, instantaneously after inputting your Pay Easy wallet information, a pop up page will show your transaction, whether it was successful and was recognized by Gamehopper, or it failed due to some technical problem (the amount will not be debited from your Pay Easy Wallet account and you just have to try it again). -
Is it possible to change and receive the game/s from the GH delivery representative without the member physically present?Yes, it is alright to leave the game to be replaced to someone else that who can facilitate the game exchange when the GH delivery representative delivers the new game/s at your residence or at any of the member's preferred delivery address.

What happens if the member damages the game disc/s or casing?We, at Gamehopper, believe that Filipino Gamers are responsible people and they take care of the borrowed game/s as if it were their own. Nonetheless, our delivery representatives are trained to conduct physical damage checking on the game/s during the exchange. And when the game/s reach our storage facility, the game/s again undergo damage checking on its playability in the console. And in the event that damages are seen, corresponding reasonable charges will be accounted to the member.

Can I sell my used games to Gamehopper?Yes members can post it by sending their USED Game information through our Game trade section in the website. Please make sure that the game is still playable and in good working condition, and also please put the most reasonable price offer, so that haggling will not be required anymore. When posting a game for sale, you will be contacted through your email if your used game will be purchased, and so please make sure to reserve that game while it is still posted, so that it is assumed that it can be purchased and is ready anytime for pick up. If in the case that you have sold it already to others, please notify Gamehopper through email so that your posted used game can be removed from the selection.

I really like the current game that Gamehopper sent to me. Is there a way for me to purchase the title?Yes however the 'Buy Now' option is available for certain titles only. If the title that you currently have on hand has the Buy Now option, simply click on the button to initiate the purchase of that title. Once your purchase has been confirmed, we will send you the original game box, cover and manual for the said title. The 'Buy Now' option is only accessible via your gamebox. You cannot initiate a 'Buy Now' transaction for a game that you currently do not have.
Please note that in order to successfully initiate the 'Buy Now' transaction, you must have at least 15 titles in your gamebox. The reason for this is once you complete your purchase, we shall provide you with a new title from your gamebox to maximize your subscription. -
What is the Gamehopper Referral Program and how does it work?The referral program provides active members the opportunity to get discounts on their monthly service fee by referring Gamehopper to friends, relatives, and contacts.
Program Particulars:
1. After logging in to your Gamehopper account, click on 'My Referrals' listed on the Member Menu. 2. In the Referral Page, you can enter your contacts email addresses (5 at a time) and click on 'Send Invite'. 3. The invitation email sent to your contact will contain your name, as an active Gamehopper Member. 4. Your goal is to accumulate your activated referrals each month, so that you can avail of discounts on your next monthly subscription fee. 5. Once you have at least 1 activated referrals for a certain period, you get a discount on your next month's membership fee.

What is Top 5 within 5?We are encouraging you to change titles as often as possible, if you exchange a game within 5 days from your last rental we can assure you that you'll be getting one of your games from your Top 5 GameBox list.
What happens if i hold on a game for more than 5 days?
Don't worry, we wont hold it back against you if you really like a game and hold it for more than 5 days. Normal GameBox assignment procedures will be applied; same as before, expect a game within 1 to 15.
Is this a promo? Will this end?

Does this apply to all games?
This applies to all PS3 and X360 games only.
What if I rent a game beyond 5 days?
If you have rented a game more than 5 days, you will get a penalty that you may not be able to get a 5 within 5 selected game. To remove this penalty, you'll need to request games for 5 times, and all requests must be within 5 days of each request.
