What is GameHopper?
GameHopper is an online retail shop that offers new and used games for the new-gen consoles (PS3, Wii and Xbox360). We offer a wide variety of up-to-date games, systems and accessories for your gaming needs, all delivered to your doorstep (Ain't that convenient?). Being a member gives you an option to try certain games before buying them. You can try out as many games as you want for the duration of your membership period (Now, that's practical!).
What are the plans available?
All plans offer UNLIMITED titles changes for 1 month. Don't be stuck with just 1 title, keep on changing as often as you like. We only charge a flat rate of whatever plan you choose, no extra or hidden charges! (so that's what the signed agreement is for, COOL!)
Gamehopper offers different plans to choose from:
- Plan 1game-out @ P599.00 / month : Try as many games as you want, at 1 game at a time.
- Plan 2game-out @ P799.00 / month : Try as many games as you want, at 2 games at a time.
- Plan 4game-out @ P999.00 / month : Try as many games as you want, at 4 games at a time.
* Games are changed simultaneously upon request *
What are the membership payment options?
The gamehopper service is for credit cardholders only. A form may be downloaded from the gamehopper website. This form serves as an agreement for the member and gamehopper, in which gamehopper will be only charging the agreed amount. Payments are processed thru EQUITABLE CARD NETWORK. We accept all major credit cards.
How will the game be delivered?
Metro Manila subscribers :
Our games are delivered by our in-house delivery service. This is done mainly to ensure that you get the titles on time and in good physical condition. Delivery is FREE, please allow at least 24hours so we can schedule it properly, for RUSH DELIVERIES; charges may apply depending on the location.
Outside Metro Manila :
For areas out of our delivery radius, a third-party courier is the best option. Charges will be shouldered by the member.
What happens if I hold on the game for more than a month? Is this possible?
Yes, this is possible. There are no late-fees with Gamehopper, the MSF will be charged accordingly.
What is my “GH GameBox”?
Your GH GameBox, is your very own personal list of games. It should be arranged according to your preference and priority. Games to be delivered are determined by this list. You can update this anytime with new games or re-arrange them to your liking.
Why didn't I receive the next game in my “GH GameBox”?
As soon as you return a game, we will be sending the NEXT AVAILABLE game on your GH GameBox. We use a “Queuing System” for the games to be delivered. There are factors to be considered; Change Frequencies and Membership Status play a huge factor in determining your ranking.

Its safe, we do not impose any lock in period for our members. Just inform us fifteen (15) days in advance so we can arrange with your credit card company. But then why cancel when you've got an updated library every month, just play more and enjoy more!! |
