How do I buy an item?
Just choose the item you want to buy and enter your personal details. Then select the payment method you want to use. After clicking on continue you will be redirected to a third party site which will confirm your payment for the item.

What are my payment options?
The store accepts Globe's G-Cash payments and Local and International Credit cards (Mastercard, Visa and Bank of the Philippine Island cards)

Is it safe to use my credit card at the ghstore?
Our payment gateways are very safe. G-Cash is powered by Globe Telecom, one of the leading and most reliable telecommunications company here in the Philippines. In addition to this the Gamehopper Store is equpped with Bank of the Philippine Island and Banco De Oro credit card facilities for cardless and wireless terminal transactions.

Whats your policy on returns
We would only accept items with manufacturing defects that we failed to notice, in this event please contact us right away. We do not accept items that have been opened and used already (i.e. videogames that seals have been broken, destroyed packaging etc.) In the event that you need to return an item please contact us maximum of five (5) days after purchase.

How do I return an item?
Details will be sent via email, depending on the item you want to return.

How do I change or cancel my order?
There are times that by the time you ask us to change or cancel an order your item is already on the way. If you do need to change or cancel your order, please send an e-mail to change or cancel an order as soon as possible. However, for no apparent reason or change of mind, refusal to security check procedures you cancelled your order, a 15% surcharge from the total value of your order will be charged.

Mode of Payment:

Upon checkout you will be asked for the specific payment scheme you want to avail. The Gamehopper Store has different payment options to choose from:

1. G-Cash - cash payments by funding your Globe G-Cash Wallet. Upon availability, items will be sent via courier service and necessary delivery fees will be applied depending on the weight and size.

2. Online payment thru Credit Card - for one time payment, clients can pay online thru our Credit Card online gateway. Clients just have to fill up credit card information for processing. Upon availability, items will be sent via courier service and necessary delivery fees will be applied depending on the weight and size.

3. Credit Card payment on delivery (for Metro Manila residents only) - After client confirmation and credit card verification, available items will be delivered to the registered address and payment will be done via credit card wireless terminal. Delivery fees will be applied depending on the weight and size of the items.

4. *Special Installment Plans (for BPI Express Credit cardholders and Metro Manila residents only) - After client confirmation and credit card verification, items will be delivered and payment will be done via credit card wireless terminal. Special Installment Plans(S.I.P.) are limited to items Php. 3,000 & above. Terms range from 3 to 12 months depending on the specific item. The Gamehopper Store has the right to determine the items which is available for SIP and the maximum installment term one can avail. Delivery fees will be applied depending on the weight and size of the items.

Shipping information
The Gamehopper Store uses reliable couriers and in-house riders for shipping the valued items you have purchased from us. The accredited couriers we have are LBC, TNT Express and Air21. There will be a rate for shipping which will be added to the total amount the client will be paying reflected upon checkout. The amount for shipping will depend on the weight and size of the purchased item.

Orders usually take 24 to 48 days due to consolidation by our accredited couriers. Swipe on delivery items are arranged through our in-house riders. Gamehopper Store does not assume responsibility for any damages, whether direct, incidental, special or consequential, arising from the handling and delivery of ordered good by LBC, TNT Express and Air21. Additional charges for deliveries of extra bulky items requiring extra packaging and crating will be advised to the client by e-mail for approval.

Refunds

Cancellation of Orders
All orders are acknowledged upon receipt of orders through the shopping cart. If the item/s ordered is available from stocks, the Gamehopper Store will immediately pack the items and book the shipment to accredited courier or in-house riders upon confirmation; if customers cancel an order due to change of mind or for other reasons except if the items ordered are declared not available or out-of-stock, a penalty surcharge equivalent to 15% of the total value of order will be imposed.
